Please read through our frequently asked questions, to ensure you make the most of your Eden Hall experience as a Member.

To redeem any complimentary guest passes (applicable to selected membership packages), please email membership@edenhallspa.co.uk. If you have no guest passes remaining, you can make a booking via the email address above or by calling the Membership team on 01636 526361. Please allow at least 48 hrs for booking requests.

To use your savings at our sister property, Hoar Cross Hall, please email membership@edenhallspa.co.uk with the names of your guests, the date you wish to stay, the treatments you wish to book, and any dietary requirements. As a member, you will receive 20% off rooms and spa days for yourself. Please note that the 20% saving does not extend to friends and family.

To redeem a complimentary treatment (applicable to selected membership packages), email membership@edenhallspa.co.uk with the treatment you wish to book and your availability. Please allow at least 48 hours for requests. Additional treatments can be booked either via the email address above, by calling 01636 526361 or via the membership reception and must be paid for upon booking.

To book your complimentary cream tea, please email membership@edenhallspa.co.uk upon receipt of your birthday email.

To redeem a complimentary meal for two in The Vinery (applicable to selected membership packages), please email membership@edenhallspa.co.uk  with your availability. For other restaurant bookings, please email or visit the Membership Reception.

Fitness classes can be booked at the main reception desk, gym desk, membership desk or through the online booking system here. To use the online system, follow the link to create an account. Classes can be viewed and booked up to 7 days in advance.

Please email membership@edenhallspa.co.uk with your name, membership number, and contact details. A member of the team will then ensure you are subscribed to membership communications.

We are open from 07:00-19:00 Sunday & Monday and 07:00-22:00 Tuesday to Saturday.

Please scan your membership card or QR code on the tablet located at Spa Reception. To sign out, repeat the sign-in process. Failure to present a valid membership card or QR code upon request may result in denied access to the resort. Replacement cards are available at the membership desk for £5.

Yes, you can. Please email membership@edenhallspa.co.uk to change from monthly to annual payments or vice versa.

No, wristbands are individually coded for each day. Please return your wristband when signing out at the end of your visit.

Memberships can be cancelled in line with the notice period in your terms and conditions.

Ensure you are signed up for our monthly newsletter to receive information about upcoming events. Alternatively, event details are advertised on the noticeboards located at the gym, at the member desk & via the sign-in tablets.

Please may we kindly remind all members to arrive and depart using the appropriate gates and not to use the designated disabled spaces to the front of the building. These are for the use of our disabled guests, and blue badges will be required if you wish to make use of them. Entrance and exit gates will be closed for some parts of the day/evening. Please use the intercom system at each gate.

May we please ask that all items purchased are paid for on the same day of departure from the Spa.

Carve out some time to join us in The Vinery for Sunday Lunch every Sunday from 12pm - 3.30pm. Please pre-book at the Membership or Reception Desk. Please note, there is no access to the facilities for your guests & pre-payment is required.

You may bring up to three guests any day of the week between 12pm and 3:30pm to enjoy lunch in the Vinery. Please make a reservation in advance at the Membership or Reception Desk. No prepayment is required for the standard menu. Kindly note that guests will not have access to the facilities.

Our Breakfast menu is served from 8.30am until 11.30am (no pre booking required).

The Vinery is open throughout the day, for more bistro-style dining. From 12pm until 7pm (no pre booking required).


Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • This pass entitles you to bring a guest to use the facilities at Eden Hall for one day

  • Please book your guest visit in advance at the Membership Desk or email membership@edenhallspa.co.uk. 48 hrs notice is required.

  • Along with your membership card, this pass must be presented and redeemed at the time of your guest visit 

  • Your guest must be 16 or over and you must accompany them at all times

  • This guest pass is non-transferable and must be redeemed within 12 months of commencing or renewing your Spa Membership

  • Use of this guest pass is subject to availability and is not permitted in conjunction with any other offer

  • No cash alternative is available

  • Where applicable additional items booked for a visit, such as treatments or lunch, must be paid in full in advance and will be subject to the company’s cancellation policy

  • This voucher entitles 2 people to enjoy a spot of lunch in the Vinery

  • Includes a main course and side dish per person. *Excludes the sirloin steak

  • Your welcome meal is valid for 12 months

  • Please book in advance by visiting the Membership Desk, main reception desk or email membership@edenhallspa.co.uk.

  • Along with your membership card, this voucher must be presented on the day

  • This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Tables and times are subject to availability

  • Drinks are not included but member discount is applicable

  • This voucher entitles you to a one-to-one 3D facial mapping analysis with one of our skincare experts.

  • Please pre-book your Elemis Skin Lab in the Spa Boutique. 

  • Along with your membership card, this voucher must be presented and redeemed at the time of booking.

  • This Skin Lab voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed within 12 months.

  • Use of this Skin Lab voucher is subject to availability and is not permitted in conjunction with any other offer.

  • No cash alternative is available.

  • This voucher entitles you to a 60-minute Treatment from our current Treatment list

  • Your welcome Treatment is valid for 12 months
