Spa Facilities FAQs
Spa facilities are the shared amenities you can use during a visit beyond individual treatments, typically pools, saunas, steam rooms, hydrotherapy areas and relaxation lounges.
A common approach is heat first (sauna or steam), then water (pool or hydrotherapy), finishing with a relaxation lounge to cool down gradually.
Some facilities and treatments aren't recommended during pregnancy. Tell the team when booking so they can advise on suitable options, and check with your midwife or GP if you're unsure.
No, they're complementary rather than identical. Hoar Cross Hall centres on its Spa Terrace and Juniper Log sauna; Eden Hall centres on its outdoor hydrotherapy pool and fire pit.
Eden Hall, in Elston near Newark-on-Trent, is the closest Hiddenwell location for guests travelling from Nottingham, Newark, Grantham or Lincoln.
